Dairy Free Lime Yogurt Sauce

This dip is perfect for plant-based toddler lunches. Lime adds a perfect complimentary flavour to the dairy free coconut yogurt. This quick sauce is toddler approved!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Plain Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 Tsp Honey (for 1+ of age)
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. 

    That's it! Serve and enjoy 🙂 

We like to pair this our Lime Yogurt Sauce with our ChickPea Patty Recipe! When we make it into a bowl meal, I just skip making the mixture into patties. Instead, I just fry in a frying pan!  Super easy, and just as delicious. The chickpeas become crunchy and are a perfect pair for on top of rice.
