Easy Peasy Prep:
Skillet, Whisk (or a fork will totally do), Olive Oil (1 tsbp) , Almond Milk (1/4 cup), Eggs (6), Hardez Salsa(1/2 cup), and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the skillet on Medium, add in the olive oil (about 1 tablespoon).
In a large bowl mix 6 eggs, 1/4 almond milk, and salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk the eggs first, about 30 seconds should do the trick.
Add in the almond milk, again whisk those eggs around for another 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture into the skillet. Wait until you see the edges start to puff up the side of the skillet, then slowly fold the eggs into the center.
Once the eggs are cooked, add the salsa and fold into the eggs.
Once the salsa is heated through and most of the moisture had evaporated, you are doneski!
