This is by far our toddlers favourite recipe! I wanted to create a delicious peanut free and milk free “pancake” option. It needed to be quick and easy like traditional pancakes, without the unnecessary additives found in common pre-made mixes.

Dairy Free Popsicles
Dairy Free Popsicles are a huge hit here during the spring and summer months. We opt for Plain, Vanilla, or Almond Coconut milk as our base since this cow milk alternative keeps our popsicles SosiSafe, and also full of calcium. These Mango Popsicles are a favourite thanks to the sweet tropical flavour from the frozen fruit.
Peanut Free Popsicles Mango Flavour
These Peanut Free Popsicles are delicious, dairy free, and free from peanuts. The mango paired with the coconut almond milk make for a tropical treat low in added sugars. Your kidlets will ask for these all summer long!
- 1 Cup Mango Frozen or fresh
- 1 Cup Coconut Almond Milk Any almond milk works!
- 1/2 Cup Spinach Cleaned first
Using your blender, add all the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
Carefully fill each popsicle mould and snap on the "lids"
Freeze for at least an hour.
