Mommy and Me Chickpea Patties (Vegetarian Burgers)

This is a peanut free and milk free Vegetarian burger that could convert even the most dedicated meatatarian. My sister pointed me in the direction of this meat-free burger and I am so glad that she did! The combination of hearty chickpeas, carrot and egg create a pattie that you will for sure add to your repertoire. The unique blend of spices and the healthy veggies create a meal that is light yet satisfying.

Notes

This vegetarian burger tastes delicious with homemade dairy free Tasty Tzatziki Sauce. I have this recipe separate. These patties also taste great on a warm bed of greens such as spinach or kale.
