These Healthier Avocado Popsicles are fruity and chocolatey. That’s right! The avocado is totally a fruit. A berry to be precise, the things the internet teaches us eh?
The dark chocolate almond milk paired with the creamy avocado makes for a deliciously chocolate treat! We also like adding the avocado because it helps to increase the calorie and healthy fat intake for the day.

These healthy avocado popsicles are homemade and perfect for tiny toddlers. This recipe is peanut free with no dairy. These food allergy friendly popsicles are delicious and nutritious - your family will love the avocado and chocolate combination.
- 1 Whole Organic Avocado Super ripe is best
- 2.0 Cups Dark Almond Milk
Simply remove the flesh of the avocado and place it in your favourite blender. Add in the chocolate almond milk. Blend for roughly 30 seconds, until the ingredients are nice and smooth.
Add to your popsicle molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
These popsicles are for smaller toddler hands. I actually really like them on super hot summer days – less popsicle is wasted melting down their hands.
