These veggie popsicles are delicious and nutritious! The sweetness of the carrots pair perfectly with the tangy mango and juicy orange. These popsicles are diary free, with no peanuts. They are also refined sugar free!

Ingredients
  • 3/4 Cup Boiled or steamed carrots
  • 3/4 Cup Freshly squeezed orange juice (approximately 1 large orange)
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen or fresh mango
Instructions
  1. Simply combine all the ingredients in your favourite blender. Make sure to add the orange juice first, followed by the other ingredients. Depending on which popsicle molds you choose, you may wish to add more juice (or water also works).
